Gosh I can’t believe half the year has already flown by!
I was surprised that I actually finished quite a few products this month.
Skincare:
Rosehip Plus Cream Cleanser *: I quite liked this for a quick morning cleanse, nice creamy and not too much of a discernible scent.
Harvest Garden Organic Facial and Eye Serum*: You can find my review here, I quite like Harvest Garden products, it’s decent and affordable.
Kate Somerville Eradikate in a snap: I got this in a Mecca Beauty loop and saved it for the mother of all pimples, I came out in a massive pea sized eruption on my neck, and I’m sad to say this did not help the situation at all.
Dr Dennis Gross Ferulic and Retinol Pads: I love having these as an option, it took me about 3 months to use the 8 pads, so I used them quite infrequently, I find sometimes I like to change it up (I’m currently trying to finish a Pixi Glow Tonic and also use Biologique Recherché PIGM400) I find these quite mild and are good if your going away for a few nights.
BotanicES Cleanser Creme*: I’ve reviewed this here, I really like it, especially if you are trying to streamline your skincare, it’s a good first, second or Morning cleanse, the good news is it is also on sale until the 15th July, you can find the info here
Sunday Riley Good Genes: I’ve used a number of bottles of this stuff, I had neglected this the last few months a bit, as I was a bit acid overloaded, however it is a product I will go back to later, my skin just looks and feels smooth and radiant after each use.
Farmacy Invincible Serum: I got my husband to pick up the Farmacy Intro Pack from the states a few months ago (I do have a review of the pack almost completed…..) quite a fluid Serum it layers well with other products, I typically used this in the evenings on nights I didn’t use retinol.
Hands and Lips and Bits:
Emma Organics Hand Cream*: This was ok a nice enough hand cream, good if your hands are not super dry.
Lanolips Lemonaid: I’ve purchased this lip balm a number of times, I find when my lips go super dry it’s one of the only lip balms I’ve found to be effective and healing them up.
Natralus Natural Paw Paw lip butter in Vanila and Honey*: I’ve been gifted these and also purchased them, for a few dollars they are a pretty decent lip balm, especially great for throwing in the handbag.
Redwin Coconut Balm: I received this in the now defunct Marie Claire the Parcel Subscription, to be honest this sat in my drawer for months, before I decided to use it or loose it, I found this to be a good cuticle cream, and I only used this on nail beds for a few months, I did find it helped my nails grow, but I’d probably just use straight coconut oil if I felt so inclined.
Did you have a productive month for finishing products?
Wow, so many products finished, Nerida. I really must get around to trying Sunday Riley, I hear so many great things about that brand xx
