Review: Nude & Noir Palette in Provocative

Hi Guys, Today I want to show you this lovely little palette from Nude & Noir*.

Nude & Noir are a Cruelty Free, Vegan Brand from the US, Nude & Noir are a mindful company, committed to reducing their carbon footprint, using recycled and recyclable materials where possible.

Nude & Noir currently have 4 different multi-purpose palettes available, Bijou, Point Break, Reserve, and Provocative (featured below)

The compact measures about 11 x 11cms, with each pan being around 4 x 4cms.

This is a really great size to throw in your handbag, if you want to touch up during the day, or even take your day makeup look to a night look, by deepening your eye makeup.

All of the pigments are rich and creamy, they are made from a base of Coconut Oil, I find them easy to apply and they are much like working with cream based products.

These swatches are in natural sunshine, (outside) I think they are pretty true to the real colours, I’m so pale that I did have a little bit of trouble getting Briefs (top) to show, it is a nice pearlescent, with an ever so slight pinkish undertone, I find that this gives a really nice highlight across the cheekbones.

The second shade is Bustier, which is a lovely charcoal/silver, you can really build this or sheer it out for day time use.

Stiletto is my personal favourite, this pink makes a beautiful blush and great lip colour too.

Aphrodisiac is a great bronzing and contouring shade, once again, it is easy to build or sheer out the shades to suit, your complexion.

Overall I think this is a really great little versatile palette, you can really create a lot of looks with the shade selection.

* Palete kindly provided for consderation. These are my own and honest opinions. Links not affiliate.

I kindly received mine via the V-Spot, which is an online store for all things vegan which I have personally purchased from prior.
