Every now and again you come across something and you think, wow, what a great idea, why hasn’t someone thought of this?
That is exactly what I thought when I first heard about Wanderess Beauty Subscription Box*.
If your interested in or have tried to make the switch to natural beauty products, you will know it’s not always the easiest. (Haircare and Deodorants, I’m looking at you!)
This is where Wanderess Beauty Box comes in.
Each month you will receive 2 different try it sized products from 3 brands, plus a bonus product, being 7 products in total.
The theme for November is ‘Lips and Pits’ therefore the box contained 3 deodorants, 3 lip balms and the bonus product being Greenfoot Mama’s Organic Before and After Sun Balm with SPF 15.
The idea is that you should get 1-2 weeks with each product, enough to give it a good try to decide if you like it, and hopefully find a favourite which you can then confidently purchase the full size.
The products included in November’s box are:
Erica Brooke Deodorant Creme (20g) and multi-purpose Miracle Balm (20g, lips, nips and cuticles) I’ve already had a play with the balm and it is quite nice, no real discernible scent, smooth and non-sticky.
Alex and Aloe Natural Deodorant (50ml spray) and full sized tinted Lip Balm ( I received shade beige) I think this will be universally flattering, I found it to be quite neutral, with a soft almost gloss like appearance, all of the boxes receive the same shade.
Alex and Aloe was a brand I was not familiar with prior to this box, it’s always great to discover new brands too.
Black Chicken Remedies Deodorant Paste (15g), I was glad to receive this infamous product, I know it gets a lot of hype, however given I’d not had much success with natural Deodorants previously I was hesitant to fork out for this one too.
The Black Chicken was teamed up with another natural classic the Hurraw! Lip Balm, which all boxes contain the unscented version.
The November Box is available until the end of the month (unless sold out, prior)
I really like that you don’t have to lock in to a fixed subscription either, although you can if you like, you can alternatively purchase the months that interest you the most.
When the subscription gets sent out, you will also receive an information link which is the resource to all of the products.
It will tell you how to use each one, ingredients, a bit of background about the brand too, it is quite comprehensive.

I’d love to know what you think of the Wanderess Beauty Box?
